When you walk into a building materials market, or choose boards online, do you often ask the seller for inspection reports, but never pay attention to the testing methods?
But today, as a board brand, we want to speak to you from the heart: the inspection methods are divided into full inspection and random inspection. Having one or two qualified reports for the boards does not necessarily mean they are truly 'reliable boards'.
In the past, we also practiced 'entrusted inspection' — sending a sample to the testing center and receiving a report. But starting this year, we proactively stopped doing this. We have fully upgraded our testing method from 'entrusted inspection' to 'type testing'.
Because we want every board you buy to truly withstand thorough and authoritative inspection.

01、From 'Tutoring Class Tests' to the 'College Entrance Exam'
In the past, doing commissioned tests was like the self-assessment tests and tutoring class quizzes we had in school: we wanted to check ourselves, we arranged it ourselves, and it was a type of test to have a clear idea and meet specific needs. This is not the sense of security we want to give you.
However, type testing is similar to the college entrance examination and unified qualification exams; there must be unified standards and official recognition. It is conducted by regulatory authorities or authoritative testing centers, who come directly to our warehouse and randomly take a board. Moreover, it's not just testing one or two items, but inspecting all items listed in the national standards. Only this type test report that passes all items can prove that any board purchased from us is as good as described in the report.

02、 Why do we want to 'ask for trouble'?
To be honest, type testing is more expensive, takes longer, and carries more risk than commissioned testing. If any sample in a batch fails, the entire batch must be rectified, yet we still do it. Why?
Because home decoration nowadays is too important to us. When the boards are installed in your home, they are not just for show.
Children crawl on the tatami every day—are the boards strong enough? When the damp season comes in the south, will the back panels of the cabinets get damp and moldy? In winter, when the floor heating is on, will the formaldehyde levels exceed the standard under high temperatures?
A single-item qualified inspection report cannot answer these questions.
Only a type test report that passes all items can confidently give you a guarantee.

3、After when choosing boards, make sure to look for this 'hard indicator.'
As a consumer, you must remember the value of the four words 'type inspection.'
Next time you buy boards, if the seller presents a test report, you can ask one more question: 'Was this an entrusted test, or a type inspection sample test?'
If the other party can show you a full type inspection report stamped with CMA and CNAS, and tells you, 'These were randomly sampled from our production line, and all indicators are here,' then you can basically rest assured. Because brands that dare to show you all their cards are not likely to be that bad.

Nowadays, Lushui River has fully upgraded to 'type testing'. We can confidently say that from today onwards, every single board you receive is exactly the same as the one sent to the inspection center for sampling.
This is fundamental, but it is the most tangible sense of security we can offer you.
